Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with preparation of meeting notes during tenant engagement sessions
• Assist the team with following up with tenants on their submissions for Audited Financial Statements (AFS) & Annual Statutory Declarations (ASD)
• Assist the team with following up with tenants on their submissions for Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
• Ensure tracking sheets for AFS/ASD and PLI are updated in a timely manner
• Assist the team in mall and tenant sales analysis
• Attend to any ad-hoc and/or unplanned lease-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Preferred studies in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
