Job Description
We are looking for an intern to join our team and support the Order Fulfillment Team in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SAP SD Module. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full process of order processing, from creation of orders to outbound delivery orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work full time/part-time for a period of 6 months (Start Date: 9 Sep 2024; End Date: 8 Feb 2025)
• Undergraduate studies in Business
• Familiarity with SAP SD Module and order processing procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Support the Business Unit Order Fulfillment Team in conducting User Acceptance Testing for the SAP SD Module.
• Assist in the full process of order processing, including creating outbound orders, checking inbound orders, order receipt, creating invoices, and managing the commercial return process.
• Create work orders for kitting and log defects in the test system.
• Update test reports and attend meetings as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful completion of UAT and order fulfillment processes.
