Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including retail, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.

As an Intern (m/f/d) you will be part of the CTS team for 3-6 months and will

• Support clients in transformation and turnaround projects ("rapid results")
• Conduct analyses, developing forward-looking transformation concepts and assisting in their implementation
• Team up in international customer projects, including strategic realignment, corporate reorganization or company-wide efficiency improvement initiatives

At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:

• Excellent Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s/MBA programme
• Very good business knowledge and affinity for numbers
• Strong analytical skills and confident use of MS Excel and Power Point
• A “hands-on” and result-driven personality with strong communication skills
• Relevant internships at well-known consultancies, private equity funds, banking or in industry
• Excellent German and English language skills, other foreign languages are of advantage
