- Interns will work on plant improvement projects, which may include but not limited to, equipment enhancement modification, plant maintenance program optimization, report automation, data analysis, workflow improvements, plant safety improvements, process documentation, sustainable / green initiatives
- Intern will have the opportunities on real work issues, and develop troubleshooting techniques and problem solving skills in a plant setting
- Intern will have hands on experience, working in a live plant, and have opportunities with work with different levels, from technicians to HOD
