QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in data analysis, market research, or customer success is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends relevant to client objectives.
- Report Generation: Support the creation of customized reports and dashboards tailored to client needs using NielsenIQ’s analytical tools and platforms.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with customer success managers to understand client requirements and contribute to delivering exceptional service and support.
- Problem Solving: Help identify and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, reporting discrepancies, and other technical challenges.
- Presentation: Contribute to preparing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing analytical findings and recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project status, and analytical methodologies for future reference.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in data analysis, customer success principles, and NielsenIQ’s products and services.
