Intern - Orphoz

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be based in our Madrid or Lisbon office as part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry through the most complex transformation projects for our clients. You will join a team of consultants, managers and transformation experts, who will guide you on your tasks and support your development.
In Orphoz, we combine the advantages of a start-up and entrepreneurial set up, with the resources from McKinsey to develop projects and logistical support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• In your final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong record of academic achievements
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Motivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Fluent and effective communication skills in Spanish and English (verbally and in writing)

You will support other consultants and managers in the design and implementation of the client´s transformation projects and support the execution of wide transformation programs in a variety of industries and project styles.
In this role, you will help other consultants in follow-up tasks related to transformation. You will also manage specific tasks of a project workstreams with the support of a consultant.

You will also contribute to the development of Orphoz through participation in internal projects.
