Job Description
You will be assisting the Portfolio Management team in their day-to-day operations including budgeting, reporting and year-end reporting activities (e.g. annual report).
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist to carry out feasibility studies for new projects or initiatives
- Provide support for preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
- Provide support for preparation of portfolio strategy plan
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
