Job Description
You will be assisting the Portfolio Management team in their day-to-day operations including budgeting, reporting and year-end reporting activities (e.g. annual report).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist to carry out feasibility studies for new projects or initiatives
  • Provide support for preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Provide support for preparation of portfolio strategy plan
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
