We are seeking an Intern Process Engineering Team to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Process Engineering team in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering, be eager to learn and contribute to the development of innovative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve product quality, yield, and efficiency
- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Operations to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in the development of technical documentation and presentations related to process development and optimization
- Support the implementation of process improvements on the manufacturing floor
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Process Engineering team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in process engineering and manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting is a plus
