Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma program in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to learning and professional development.
- Possessing basic technical knowledge and displaying eagerness to understand and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements, essential for effective procurement processes.
- Demonstrating an analytical mindset and openness to learning data analysis for informed decision-making, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. Additionally, familiarity or interest in Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging data analytics to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements. Drive cost savings and quality improvements through effective supplier selection and management.
- Supplier Performance Management: Implement robust processes for monitoring and evaluating supplier performance against key metrics such as quality, delivery reliability, and responsiveness. Take proactive measures to address any issues and optimize supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply chain efficiency.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential disruptions in the supply chain. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risks related to supplier dependencies, market fluctuations, and geopolitical factors, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
