As a Procurement Intern you’ll be responsible for supporting projects in cross functional teams for new product development and launch (NPDL).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a currently a University (BSc or MSc) student in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Electrical), Business or Economics, where have maximum 3 semesters left.
  • You want to work at least 25-30 hours/week
  • A self-starter mindset, with ambition to follow a career path towards procurement or project management
  • You are an impactful communicator in English and you like to influence others
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Work in Project Procurement team to support NPDL projects in cross-functional teams
  • Support Request For Quotation (RFQ) processes, supplier allocations, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculations and contracting.
  • Calculate and track saving initiatives for your projects
  • Contact suppliers, handle orders and supporting negotiations.
  • Coordinate NPDL projects from Procurement aspects
