YOUR ROLE

• Project Management for a large-scale international Learning & Development project including a strong change management component
• Reporting and documentation for project rollout
• Stakeholder Management in a cross-divisional and international context
• Exhaustive communication across various channels and countries on a daily basis
• Manage own time and resources in an efficient way to be able to cope with a variety of workstreams and work packages and meet deadlines

YOUR TASKS

• Support the roll-out of a new group-wide module for the HR function with focus on Europe
• Support the project manager in various project management tasks, such as managing of issues, risk, or scope; this includes to maintain the respective documentation
• Create various reports and analysis on program participation and attainment tracking
• Continuous tracking of the program costs and participation
• Communicate the program progress and success to a wide range of different stakeholders within the DHL Group (sponsors, regional/country mgmt. teams, project team, …)
• Support the promotion and marketing of the module
• Manage workstreams/ work packages with support of the Project Manager
