Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be the first line contact with prospects and deliver an independent, professional and informative experience. The purpose is to match customer needs with a suitable product from the stable of Sage products, and to create high quality qualified leads for Sales teams. This will translate into sales to help the business grow and a thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a customer first approach to identify customer needs and requirements with a phone call first approach.
  • Monitor distribute and control inbound leads from all lead sources.
  • Qualify leads based on the best practice processes before handing over to Sales
  • Allocate and distribute qualified leads across the Small and Medium segment Sales teams for Sage Africa Middle East
  • Assure impartial and accurate allocation of qualified leads to the relevant Sales Representatives.
  • Enter information and maintain records on Salesforce and local CRM systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilise the tools and technology available to support the qualification process.
  • Maintain and exceed the required conversion rate of Leads to Qualified Opportunities while maintaining quality of opportunities.
  • Address sales consultant queries as required
    Develop positive internal working relationships within the Organization
