As a Sales & Marketing Excellence - Summer Trainee for our Life Sciences & Data Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales and marketing processes, materials, and documentation to ensure excellence in global operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality sales resources, support systems and processes for global sales.
What You’ll Do at Elekta:
- Responsible for establishing our sales, marketing & customer engagement Knowledge Hub for global documentation - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and enhance sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product documentation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for internal sales and marketing teams.
- Help developing internal CRM processes for our life sciences business globally.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales and customer teams and propose solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Provide support to the global sales and marketing teams by assisting in the localization and adaptation of sales and marketing materials for different regions and markets.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
