JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The incumbent is expected to: Assist the team for FP’s weekly advertisement and omni-channel advertising by working closely with products team, creative agency and other relevant stakeholders, work with printer, website agency andinstaller on the production, delivery, installation of POSM
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting / driving conversion, understanding the shopper journey, and personalizing content to increase engagement and revenue
  • As a Sales & Promotions Associate, he or she will be responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation, and management of promotions and campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall category strategy and objectives
  • Assisting in the developmentand execution of sales and promotions strategies that drive conversion and increase revenue
  • Understanding the shopperjourney to optimize promotionsand campaigns at every stage of the buying process
  • Supporting the management of relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and promotions
  • Analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations for future initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate pursuing Diploma or Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in FMCG / retailer industry is plus
  • Proven experience in sales and promotions, with a track record of driving conversion andincreasing revenue
  • Strong understanding of the shopper journey and ability to assist in the creation of personalizedcontent that resonates with the target audience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills to analyse campaign performance data and make recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
