This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Strategy & Investment team in a fast-paced, scaling organization within Decarbonisation solutions industry. Based in Singapore, you will get to work with senior leadership to develop business strategies based on long-term goals, and business roadmap.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deep-dive into new innovation in US/EU within certain energy transition verticals
  • Industry mapping to identify key green energy players and their respective competitive positioning.
  • Research and identify potential investment / acquisition targets in ASEAN, Europe, UK and Australia to support platform build out
  • Support M&A execution process including due diligence, market analysis, financial modelling, and investment memo preparation.
  • Support the post-merger integration and completion plan

Requirements:
Undergraduate or MBA in Economics/ Business
Excellent analytical and judgment skills, attention to details is key;
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Advanced presentation and storytelling skills;
Ability to work in a team environment
