We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/x) to join our Country Operations Team, that is responsible for talent management and talent development in the local and international markets, as well as shaping the organizational culture, driving headcount effectiveness and company growth in our AUTO1 Group People (former HR) Department. In this department we shape the way we work and help our team grow. The People colleagues are important partners for the various business units and act as consultants and service providers, actively shaping the culture and future of our company.

Job Description

- Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for our various departments
- Take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and find candidates
- Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends

QUALIFICATIONS



    • You are a student with a strong academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management or in another relevant field

    • First experience in talent acquisition, start-up enviornment, an affinity for entrepreneurship and/or the automotive industry are preferable
    • Excellent organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset
    • You speak Dutch and English fluently (German is a plus)
    • Comfortable communication skills (you are not afraid to get on the call with the candidates and keep up relationships with stakeholders)
    • You have analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
