Description:
YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to the Senior Talent Management Manager, you will manage the pipeline of talents from the company’s Internship program, overseeing the process from hiring to completion. Your goal is to turn interns into company advocates by ensuring they receive the expected valuable learning opportunities.
You will do that by applying the guidelines provided as part of the new global Internship Program.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
- Strong command of English (B2/C1).
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite.
- Basic understanding of hiring and talent management processes.
- Proficiency in using HR tools such as Workday or Workable is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling various Manager Training sessions.
- Collecting and analyzing KPIs on the onboarding experience.
- Scheduling engagement conversations as part of the Mentorship Program.
- Supporting content creation to promote the faces of our company internally and externally.
