DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Evaluate Focus Ring heater in TEL Vigus LK_HP WS for productivity improvement and cost reduction.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Students pursuing bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Hands on experience to Dry Etch TEL LK WS through On-Job-Training in manufacturing environment.
• In-depth understanding to Dry Etch process, specifically die electric etching and process deviation troubleshooting.
• Propose plans and strategies to meet qualification timeline.
• Collaborate with process/equipment engineers and technicians for process characterization, problem solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment
