Co-founded and led by Philipp Nastaly (CEO), Darryll Colthrust (CTO), and Andreas Ländle (CPO), our team consists of 30+ world-class experts committed to pioneering advancements in technology. Operating internationally, based in Germany, CHAPTR’s mission is to build AI solutions to redefine work & innovation across various industries. THE ROLE

We’re currently looking for individuals interested in technology, customer-centric B2B solutions and generative AI to join our Venture Development Team for a full-time internship for a minimum of three months, ideally four to five months availability. Our goal is to shape and grow CHAPTR, it’s ongoing B2B products and push the boundaries of what is possible in order to innovate and redefine work.
We are looking for someone who shares our excitement for generative AI and technology, working in a faced paced industry. With an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on-mentality and the capability to quickly learn and adapt, you can help us shape the future of working as part of a rockstar team.
You will gain firsthand startup experience, build your network within and beyond a large publishing house and deepen your knowledge in a fastly evolving environment of AI, technology, and B2B software. Your learning curve is guaranteed, not only due to the dynamic market itself but also because of our incredible team of ex-MBB and ex-BigTech colleagues. As your mentors, they will work alongside you to ensure your personal development. You’ll acquire knowledge and gain hands-on experience with groundbreaking technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assist our project managers across our CHAPTR products - from strategic decision making and project management activities to hands-on execution of initiatives.
• Support the team operationally and conceptually with our customer success activities, from training and onboarding to support and growth workshops.
• Manage client relationships with direct contact to our clients and senior leadership.
• Help in detailing and executing a go-to-market strategy for our products.
• Screen & analyze the genAI market and competitors to derive strategic insights, identify opportunities to guide CHAPTR’s the next solution/product.
• Strengthen the venture team in all strategic and business development activities.
