JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate Working Student or an Intern to join our Business Development team who will take full responsibility for driving our fundraising and business development efforts. You will support all topics around our commercial strategy and are responsible to support in identifying, qualifying, bidding/tendering, negotiating, and closing opportunities with partners and customers. Furthermore, you shape our future by solidifying the path towards launch and market.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Founders of ERC
- Collaborate with the executive team to refine long-term strategic plans
- Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one
- Help manage various operational tasks to keep the business running and grow the organization
- Take ownership of Business Development tasks such as
- Help to establish and maintain business relationships with partners, investors and stakeholders
- Develop and optimize go-to-market and launch strategy
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and assessment of industry trends.
