Responsibilities:

In this position you will have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of SAP’s strategic partnerships with universities worldwide. Your main operational area will be the strategic partnership with the University of Mannheim. This relationship offers numerous facets from communication & stakeholder management to board involvement & top strategic projects.

Additionally, you will help oversee strategic academic research projects and work on internal initiatives around academic research strategy.

  • Support the Head of University Alliances Operations in strategic & ad-hoc projects and topics
  • Support of the SAP X University of Mannheim strategic partnership
  • Cross-board stakeholder management of account team & SAP colleagues being active at the University of Mannheim
  • Internal and external communication on the SAP X University of Mannheim partnership
  • Support in the preparation of top-management meetings in the area of strategic research
  • Preparation of investment & budget information from ongoing research projects
  • Supporting strategic research projects and driving other internal initiatives
