QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in French is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, and internal control principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
