Description:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Internal Broker Commercial Lines, specializing in medium to large commercial clients.
- A minimum of 3 years’ tenure at a Short-Term insurance brokerage is essential.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Hold an RE5 qualification.
- FAIS compliant (with credits and/or full qualification).
- Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
As an Internal Broker in Commercial Lines, your core responsibility is to support our Account Executive in effectively serving our commercial lines clientele. You’ll be instrumental in delivering efficient underwriting services, ensuring minimal cancellations, and meeting retention targets. Additionally, you’ll cultivate strong relationships with clients, account executives, and insurers. Your commitment to adhering to company standards, processes, and regulatory requirements will guarantee precise and timely communication with all stakeholders.
