- Bachelor’s Degree in Media / Communications / Marketing
- Fluency in English and native Hungarian skills are required!
- 1-3 years experience in internal communications / employer branding / HR / marketing communications
- Strong networking skills
- Ability to navigate in complex environment
- Creativity and flexibility
Responsibilities:
Establish an internal communications and employer branding strategy in conjunction with senior managers
Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as corporate social media, newsletters etc.
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments / entities of the organisation
- Regular contact with cluster communication partners and stay updated about expectations, new guidelines and intitiative
- Ensure the usage of all communication channels that drive effective and up to date communication
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
- Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
- Provide internal communications support to other Schneider Electric entities in Hungary (hubs, factories, DC)
- Support employer branding acivities by being active team member of the employer branding task force and by delivering the messages using the most effective communication channels
- Keep the contact with third-parties such as communications agency, creative agency, translation agency etc.
- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation
- Advise senior executives of developments throughout the organisation, either face to face or through regular written communication
