  • Working with the Executive team to create a regular drumbeat of key business comms, identifying areas for improvement and adapting the approach where necessary.
  • Setting the tone and plan for internal comms with a focus on setting the agenda to ensure communication is proactive rather than reactive.
  • Delivering the day-to-day internal comms activity with support from your team, creating visibility of key activity across the business.
  • Ensuring all comms, including policies and procedures are consistent across the business.
  • Collaborating with the PR and copy teams to ensure our internal tone of voice is aligned with how we communicate externally with customers.
  • Managing clashes in timing and requirements to ensure that the plan is executable and builds our employer brand.
