Responsibilities:
As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and empowerment across our organization. Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Shape and refine a cohesive internal communications strategy, establishing clear cadences and processes that drive self-sufficiency and productivity among our teams.
- Plan and advise, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand communication and engagement needs, providing tailored advice and action plans to effectively reach and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Campaign and content delivery, developing creative comms plans, writing copy, producing high-quality materials, and deploying content across appropriate channels to facilitate effective cascade, conversation, and engagement.
- Channel management and development, serve as the custodian of our intranet and core comms channels, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure content remains up-to-date, consistent, and relevant and enhance overall channel effectiveness and engagement.
- Manage the annual content calendar, prioritizing and optimizing communications in line with business priorities and key awareness days in our DEI calendar, while sourcing and producing stories that bring our mission and values to life.
- Develop best practice and track engagement metrics to optimize communication flow, frequency, and success measures.
- Event management, manage face to face/virtual events such as company-wide townhalls, recognition awards, and strategy briefings, from logistics to content delivery to ensure impactful and memorable experiences.
- Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders (Executive Team, People Business Partners, Business Support Teams), consulting, advising, and influencing to enhance engagement and support the broader People Agenda.
