WELL, WHAT ABOUT THE TEAM?

We’re looking for a creative and driven Internal Communications Executive to join our Internal Communications and Employer Branding team, to be part of enhancing employee engagement. As part of a global team, you will support our objective to keep employees and candidates informed, connected to, and engaged with the business, its purpose, and values via communications campaigns and initiatives.
You will provide support to employee engagement campaigns, covering and celebrating several topics and themes such as commercial milestones, awareness days, DEI, well-being, and much more across various channels and platforms. You will be a proactive and organised individual, with experience working in internal communications, public relations or marketing and driving effective communication initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the effective delivery of our communications and brand strategy, helping to drive and deliver engagement.
  • Creating engaging and consistent campaigns relevant to our audiences and promoting Bally’s purpose and values.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our local and global campaigns in line with the communications calendar and strategy.
  • Planning, organizing and supporting internal company events (online and offline), from setup, liaising with stakeholders, third parties and offices to promotion and feedback collection.
  • Providing support to our intranet administration to ensure the information on this key platform is up to date, relevant, consistent and engaging.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback and data from our platforms to continue improving our communications and processes.
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders, such as department leaders, the People Team and office managers to ensure our campaigns are cohesive, reflecting the requirements and strategy of each area, and are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Overseeing employee recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Liasing with external agencies and vendors, including project management, contracting, invoicing, and scheduling as required (e.g. merchandise, video editing, agency services)
  • Working closely with our designer on delivering visuals to align with our branding and campaign themes.
