  • 4+ years in a marketing role.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Recognized third-level marketing qualification.
  • Previous commercial marketing experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Global Strategy: Drive the successful implementation of our global internal communications strategy.
  • Employee Resource Group: Support and continually enable an Employee Resource Group focused on enhancing internal communication.
  • Digital Infrastructure: Oversee the rollout and maintenance of essential communication tools like the Internal Communications Playbook and Digital Bulletin Boards.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage a digital content calendar that aligns with our internal communication goals.
  • Brand Promotion: Curate and create compelling content to enhance and promote the Vitalograph employer brand.
  • Campaign Analysis: Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving internal communication processes and develop new strategies.
  • Execution Support: Assist in executing internal digital and in-person marketing communications for swift execution and maximum reach.
  • Channel Management: Manage key internal communication channels, including Digital Bulletin Boards, the Company Intranet, and the ‘At Vitalograph’ Blog.
