As the Internal Communications Manager (Arizona), you will lead internal communications for our AMP-1 facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, and report to the Head of Internal Communications. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to create clear and concise communications around employee communication, facilities, and other initiatives utilizing the mediums and language for the audience.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and agile thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach to building communication strategies. Strong strategic thinking, project/campaign management, and execution skills are a must.

The Role:

  • Serves as the liaison for the AMP-1 leadership team, providing guidance and advice on integrated communication strategies to inspire employees and support productivity, retention, and policy compliance
  • Writes and edits key communications to promote initiatives through multiple channels for a variety of domains – HR, Operations, Facilities, among others
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure coordinated timing of communications to employees that will help drive clarity, keeping employee experience at the center of decision-making
  • Support labor communications planning and execution
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Partner with teams to develop employee-facing communication that aligns with brand guidelines and business needs
  • Make meaning of data and other metrics to provide guidance to key stakeholders and teams
  • Manages multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in internal communications; prior Manufacturing, Operations, or other functional communications experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; experience with intranets and digital signage is a plus
  • Comfort in shaping internal communications practices in an evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
