Job Title: Internal Communications Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a similar role. (marketing/ branding or internal communications)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong speaking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or relevant field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication on all office facility updates (scheduled housekeeping, preventive maintenance activities etc)
- Plan, edit, and write content for internal communication mediums.
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent with external communication messages.
- Preparation of QBR deck (Quarterly Business Reviewed presentation)
- Send timely communication contents in relations to incidents that may impact business operations
- Crafting of sophisticated signage within the workspace adhering to the distinguished standards and branding guidelines established by CBRE and our client.
- Client Engagement: Quarterly newsletter creation and release, Facilities upkeep campaigns, Alignment of visual communications, Photography and documentation of client and CBRE activities.
- Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.
- Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
