Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
Objective: Provide input to and lead implementation of Audit / Internal Control programs and plans to provide objective audit and consulting services, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, process compliance and minimize risk in line with management requirements, laws, and good business practices.

Responsabilities:

  • Design, develop, implement and regular update of local policies (based on global/market policies if existing), procedures and related internal controls, based on best practices and Group requirement.
  • Provide input to and lead implementation of Audit / Internal Control programs and plans to provide objective audit and consulting services, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, process compliance and minimize risk in line with management requirements, laws and good business practices.
  • Develop, support and lead initiatives/projects focused on improving the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Immediate communication of major control deficiencies to Finance and country management.
  • Communicate and adapt the style of influence to generate an approach to the different stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop a strong peer network within the function itself or between functions as needed to drive key processes.
  • Proficient in using various process analysis tools and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Profile:
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in similar function/position (e.g., Internal audit, Internal controls, risk or fraud management, business analytics).
At least 3 years of Internal Control Experience.
Education: Master´s/Bachelors Degree in areas similar to the position.
English Level: Advanced (To be tested)
