VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior manager, Internal Controls EMEA to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

This role serves as a subject matter expert within the EMEA network around internal controls . The position is accountable for planning, implementing and verifying execution of the VF EMEA S-Ox program. A successful Senior Manager will proactively engage stakeholders, to consistently implement the VF S-Ox program and eliminate, reduce or manage risk.
This role will interface with stakeholders across the business such as Controllership, Accounting, Credit, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Global Assurance, HR, Legal, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain, Retail, Digital Technology and others as needed, to consistently drive a proactive controls and compliance culture.

YOU HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE ON:

Ability to review processes, identify ineffectiveness & inefficiencies and create practical solutions
Establishment of partnership with key stakeholders across the business
Collaboration skills are critical
Judgment and attention to detail required to establish, organize and monitor programs and resolve issues as they arise
Must be able to recognize and escalate inconsistent internal control practices and achieve resolution with all parties
Partner with internal teams, network and collaborate to improve and execute efficient processes
Strong project management leadership skills with ability to lead or assist in implementing execution strategies and methodologies appropriate for VF environments
