  This nationwide organisation offers a wide range of services tailored to various industries, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, marine, and infrastructure.
  The recruitment team is growing and they are seeking an internal recruitment consultant who has experience in blue collar industries. The business is particularly interested in people who are able to manage high volume recruitment, ability to support hiring managers and consulting on recruitment processes.
  You will have experience with end to end recruitment from taking a Job brief to strategising, advertising, screening, interviewing and coaching others on interviewing techniques when required and conducting reference checks.
