    We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruiter (approx 2+ years) looking for an Internal Recruitment opportunity where you will place NFP social services roles such as counsellors, case managers, social workers and the like.
    Our client is seeking a recruiter who has solid administrative skills and most importantly great candidate care. Like she says, “we make miracles happen” so someone who is passionate about their role and helping people is key to this role.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL THE FOLLOWING SKILLS OR ATTRIBUTES:

  • Recruitment experience essential - preferably in a high volume area
  • Agency recruiters wanting to move to Internal Recruitment highly regarded
  • Passionate about providing the best candidate care
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Innovative team-oriented approach
  • Happy to work in office 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Work closely with HR and other Senior Recruiters within the business
  • End to end recruitment including taking briefs, creative ad writing, screening resumes, interviewing, doing up contracts and onboarding
  • Recruit across 17 offices throughout the NT including some remote locations
  • Schedule and arrange interviews for hiring managers including calendar coordination, room bookings, setting up of technical Zoom meetings, etc
  • Manage multiple vacant positions at any one time
  • Visit various sites in the Darwin region
  • Report back on WH&S and HR issues to HR
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies
  • Attend career expos and conferences (possibly interstate)
  • Recruitment administration including data entry and maintain HR database, do up contracts, etc
  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Ad hoc tasks including support the broader HR team
