EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in B2C sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Experience of Sage/CRM would be an advantage.

Leaving Cert or equivalent

Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

To be the point of contact for our customers and to provide excellent customer service and sales.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by connecting with and selling products or services directly to our customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, building relationships, and employing effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Administrator is a key player in creating a positive customer experience whilst contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

MAIN DUTIES:

1.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences,
2.Proactive telesales to existing database of CRM customers to maximise sales opportunities,
3.Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers or potential customers regarding their enquiries,
4.Manage and respond to email communications in a timely fashion,
5.Promote featured product offers and proactively grow sales in your given target customer base,
6.Identify sales opportunities and conduct phone calls with prospective clients using provided leads,
7.Process quotations, customer orders, product returns, payments and credit notes via our CRM system
8.Collaborate with external departments, fostering strong inter-departmental relationships to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow,
9.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers,
10.Correctly inform customers of product availability and delivery status of orders ensuring successful delivery,
11.Utilize marketing materials and promotions to generate interest and drive sales opportunities,
12.Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and logistic functions to ensure an efficient order delivery service,
13.Facilitate Hire and Service needs for our customers including processing payments,
14.Record communications and manage opportunity pipeline on our CRM system,
15.Record customer feedback/issues on Customer Case Management system and work with colleagues across departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction,
16.Assist colleagues customers when needed,
17.Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required by the Company. The duties listed are not exhaustive,
18.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system,
19.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing post-sale inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
