Responsibilities:
- You are the primary contact for the customer for all current affairs: offers, back orders, questions about invoices, complaints, logistical aspects, outstanding items.
- You observe customer challenges, ask customer oriented additional questions and you respond in a solution driven way.
- You collaborate constructively and communicate with all departments within TVH. You stimulate colleagues to work together on a high customer satisfaction according to the principles of Customer Delight.
- You accurately register all information in the system and provide a correct administration.
- You consult with the pricing department and the team leader about special requests from the customer that are outside of the own power of decision.
- You proactively contact customers with regards to marketing actions, promotions and new products and you actively prospect new customers.
- You assist the credit control department with collecting overdue payments.
- You occasionally meet in person with customers during customer visits or at events and trade fairs.
- You make sure you are continuously remaining up-to-date of the evolution and developments in the field of the product range and the sales system.
