Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. Preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- CRM system experience - Hubspot or SalesForce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, tracking orders, and resolving issues.
- Create and track sales leads, including qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and following up.
- Assist marketing team when collaborating with sales team.
- Generate sales opportunities by following up with leads and providing customer support.
- Generate new leads using prospecting and other methods.
- Administrative tasks as assigned by the sales team.
