JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Assistant based in Leeds.
Basic to £28k+bonus
Seeking an HVAC engineering background

THE PERSON

• Ideally seeking a background in engineering and/or construction wholesale or merchant.
• Any knowledge of heating, ventilation or air conditioning preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with confident IT skills to log information accordingly.
• Experience could include counter sales, internal sales, sales support, branch assistant, sales executive.

Working in a busy wholesale environment, you’ll be dealing with customer enquiries on a day-day basis. This can include:

• Mix of telephone, email and trade counter enquiries.
• Providing quotations for customer projects.
• Following up enquiries, calling prospect customers and supporting internal marketing campaigns.
• Advising clients on equipment and providing technical support.
• Ensuring appropriate stock levels within the branch and providing updates on logistics and deliveries.
• Supporting field sales engineers with information.
