We are seeking a dynamic and passionate internal sales representative to join the Frankfurt team. This person will need to manage a portfolio of 1,000 customers, with musical instrument shops located in DACH, Benelux, and CEE. The ideal candidate has experience in developing relationships, managing and growing sales, and is ready to apply the D’Addario Best-Practice-In-Sales method. This role requires the candidate to work exclusively at the office, no client travel is planned. Occasional travel abroad for training purposes.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls.
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers.
- You will be responsible for achieving sales targets.
- You will be responsible for customer service.
- Compliance with the D’Addario’s Best-Practice-In-Sales method
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Native or fluent in German, good level of English (B2). A third language would be appreciated like Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience
- You must have excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- You must have the ability to express oneself well, read, and count.
- Enthusiasm, boldness and energy
- Experience in music may be an additional asset

Contract type: Permanent contract, 40 hours a week

Compensation: €40-€45k + bonus 20% depending on profile and experience
