Our client is a global-leader of lifting solutions servicing a broad range of customers including manufacturing, industrial, shipyards, ports and terminals. Due to internal movement we are seeking an Internal Sales Representative (Services division) to join their team.
Within this role you will support the service branch with after sales and customer service support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective product and service sales support to clients
- Review service report requirements and action as required
- Prepare quotations capturing parts, consumables and labour costs, ensuring follow up is conducted in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upsell of service and repairs
- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date and managed correctly
- Sales funnel management, forecasting and reporting
- Effective sales handovers to the service operations team once quotation has been approved by the client
