    Polyaire Pty Ltd is a dynamic and market leading international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our Head Office is located in SA, with 27 branches across Australia.
    We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of Internal Sales Support based at our Hendra, QLD branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients over the counter and by phone to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Support account managers in sales, administration and general enquiries
  • Maintain and update customer / product data base
  • Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contracts
  • Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Assist stores personnel when necessary
