Internal Sales Tool Hire

Our Client requires a driven organised internal sales representative, to find new business, grow existing client relationships and market in the tool hire environment.

Requirements

• You will be responsible for contributing and meeting your team targets
• Business Development, by cold calling and engaging with prospective clients.
• Attending ongoing training and complete required sales vendor certifications
• Communicate with active and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed and oversee all sales activity for your assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with the other members of the sales team as needed to generated sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Submit reports on your sales activity regularly and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients (new and existing).
• Effectively negotiate and close deals.
• Ability to work under pressure, have high levels of energy, perseverance and patience.
• Computer literate.
• Bilingual
• Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Provide feedback to customers if required.
• Promoting sales and products to customers.
• Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date on all available products.
• Provide technical product information to customers.
• Printing and processing orders.
• Managing back orders.

Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical internal sales field or some sort of counter sales experience in a technical field.

The ideal qualifications would be a matric with some sort of work experience in a technical field.

• Living near the office in Benoni would be advantageous.
