Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will join our Commercial Partnership team that has the overall responsibility for all commercial agreements & requisites for Haypp Group. As International Commercial Manager in Germany (incl. DACH), you will own, develop and execute the supplier relations strategy with our key partners. This will entail both negotiations around product, assortment, pricing but also establishing pre-conditions for increased sales such as media contribution, promotions etc. The team is crucial in continuously building and executing our supplier relations strategy and is operating in the very heartbeat of our business.

In addition, we have a cutting-edge insights platform where we also provide insights for our external partner to better understand consumers, in order to develop better products. We are currently the world’s leading insights provider when it comes to nicotine.

Own and develop the relationship with our partners across the DACH region within the risk reduced nicotine categories, such as vapour, nicotine pouches and Heat no Burn. making sure that Haypp has the best prerequisites in the markets and that supplier relations are superior to competition.

  • Lead and drive the yearly negotiations with your partners in close co-operation with Head of Commercial Partnership.
  • Plan, and execute campaigns, promotions and drive Haypp Group’s strategic agenda together with partners.
  • Set and develop assortment assuring Haypp’s competitive edge.
  • Responsible for pricing, both in/out and product margin
  • Together with partners, plan upcoming campaigns & promotions to maximize sales in line with the overall strategy, also exploring new business opportunities through supplier relations.
  • To support this role, you will have a Category Coordinator & Business analyst (joint resources) to support you with admin & analysis.
  • Together with the Business Unit Managers, set and deliver on forecast of sales volumes & financial results quarterly.
  • Monitor the development of the vaping category across several geographic areas within Europe and identify opportunities.
  • Including new brands, innovations within related categories, new distribution partners etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • Experience of a similar type of role that includes supplier- or partnership management within the industry is key
  • Understanding of the nicotine & industry dynamics.
  • High ability to set and drive a strategic agenda
  • Negotiation experience
  • Experience from the tobacco, vaping and – or similar industry
  • Fluent in English and German.
