DESCRIPTION:
The International Enrolment and Service Specialist is integral to the strategic enhancement of Northern Lights College’s global presence. This role focuses on increasing international student enrolment and managing the college’s study abroad programs. It involves strategic planning, robust marketing, and effective communication to enhance the college’s international education offerings and to ensure that recruitment and service delivery adhere to the highest standards of efficiency and customer service.
The International Enrolment and Services Specialist will track key performance indicators such as student enrollment numbers, diversity metrics, effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, and satisfaction rates of study abroad programs to determine success of events and to make suggestions for improvements.
