As the International Integrated Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include coordinating marketing campaigns to support the company’s objectives in the SaaS landscape. Utilizing your skills, you will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through various multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and leveraging your deep understanding of international markets.. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with sales leaders, fostering trust and ensuring alignment for the successful implementation of marketing programs. Encourage enthusiastic participation and a solid understanding of marketing initiatives.
  • Support a collaborative environment between marketing and sales, ensuring effective teamwork to contribute to overall business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans, with a focus on regional execution for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing activities. Work collaboratively to support market impact, audience engagement, and revenue generation, contributing to our brand’s presence in the industry.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to contribute to the development of marketing assets that resonate with regional buyers. Assist in overseeing the creation of content aligned with strategic objectives to enhance our brand presence in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with persona-based integrated marketing leads to contribute to the coordination of targeted in-region programs within larger global campaigns. Support strategic alignment and integration of regional nuances into campaigns for a cohesive global marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with various marketing channels, including digital, webinars, content syndication, email, SEO/SEM, PR, partners, events, and social platforms. Contribute to the coordination of pipeline-generating activities in the EMEA region, ensuring a coordinated approach across diverse marketing channels for impact and measurable results.
  • Generate detailed reports for marketing and sales leadership, analyzing the performance metrics and outcomes of in-region marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, optimize campaigns, and contribute to continuous improvement in achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key third-party vendors in the region to support relationship management, ensuring effective partnerships and optimizing the integration of external resources for the success of integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison for daily interactions between Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting the alignment of go-to-market strategies. Foster collaboration to ensure a coordinated approach that complements marketing initiatives with the objectives of Sales and Customer Success, contributing to collective success.
  • Work closely with the UK Sales Development team, contributing to lead follow-up processes by developing and implementing training programs and sales enablement materials. Support strategic alignment to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge for effective lead conversion.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
