We’re looking for a customer-focused International Logistic Analyst who will be responsible for all Destination side related import operations.

Your role here

Responsibilities will include:

  • The International Logistics Analyst is responsible for all Destination side related import operations.
  • Responsible for inbound container planning and operational support of import Purchase Orders through Cargo Release and Door delivery.
  • Accountable for destination cargo management, including container delivery and Drayage operations.
  • Key point of contact with all Drayage carriers providing inland services between Ports, Rail ramps, DCs, and Transload facilities, including final delivery and empty container/trailer return.
  • Handle key Destination side tasks, including coordination with Customer Service account teams and warehouses, rates management, Destination-side KPI’s, and operational updates to the technology platform’s Control Tower.

Your experience and background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations Management, or Analytics preferred but not Required
  • Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in International Logistics, with an emphasis on Import operations, Ocean and/or Drayage operations
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with a short deliverable time frame
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal, motivational and collaboration skills
  • Experience working within an ERP or transportation management platform
