We are looking for our new excellent colleague to join the following position:
QUALIFICATIONS:
College/University Degree (preferably in Economic, Accounting or HR degree)
Min. 1 year of experience tax equalization process management and in payroll processes
IT knowledge: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and SRM
Excellent communication skills both Hungarian and English

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire inter-company cross charge process at the group level, including coordinating contracts and continuously improving procedures in collaboration with the finance team, payroll and other company representatives
International assignee support: manage various aspects related to international assignees, including bonus validation and payout, cost planning, participate in performance incentive processes (MRP/LTI/STI)
Support the Group level coordination of the annual tax return process, in cooperation with the responsible colleagues of the MOL Group companies, also in cooperation with the contracted tax provider
Responsible for Tax Equalization (TEQ) coordination and administration (including hypothetical tax and excess tax registration) with cooperation with payrolls on Group level
Controlling and monitoring the tax payment process on Group level to ensure the amounts confirmed by the contracted tax provider paid correctly and on time to the relevant authorities
Coordination of tax refunds and hypothetical tax settlements (HTS), tracking, investigating and collection of refunds, ensuring compliance
Active participation in the monthly payroll processes, responsible for data sharing and administrative tasks related to the payroll activities throughout the year
