As the Enablement Program Manager for our International Customer Onboarding team you’ll provide continuous support and delivery of education and training of the Toast Platform and processes for Onboarding Consultants, FITs and Vendors.
We’re looking for an Onboarding Enablement Program Manager to join our growing International Toast team, based in Dublin or London, reporting to the International CS Enablement Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support our International (non-US) Field Implementation Team & Onboarding Consultants with all of their training needs as our organization grows in multiple new markets, and partnering with your peers in the US supporting other parts of the Onboarding department. In these early stages of our International growth, this role is multifaceted and multi-layered. You will need to be a builder first and foremost, comfortable creating training programs/content, collaborating with global stakeholders and also delivering training modules to our teams, both in person and remotely

DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT INGREDIENTS*? (REQUIREMENTS)

  • 4+ years of experience required in enablement or L&D
  • 3+ Years of working in a customer facing role
  • Experience successfully standing up new Enablement programming from planning to execution
  • Ability to create technical documentation, training and other enablement materials
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills
  • Ability to effectively operate both strategically and tactically in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable presenting & have the ability to command an audience
