An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our International Business department in the People Team at Miller. This role is vital in providing HR advisory and project support across our offices in Europe, Asia, and London.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of UK and European employment law (desirable)
- Knowledge of Advisory role (essential)
- HR advisory experience or established experience within an HR-focused role (essential)
- Experience in Professional or Financial Services (essential)

Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and coaching to line managers on HR operational issues, including absence management, grievances, capability and disciplinary issues.
- Offering an advisory service to employees, guiding them on employment and career matters.
- Supporting and advising on recruitment within Business Units from launch to offer stage, ensuring compliance with Miller standards of recruitment.
- Assisting in international people projects and initiatives, including post-M&A employee integration.
- Supporting the HR People team as required
