INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM ANALYST II
Description. Seeking an International Program Analyst II to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO- CBRND) JPEO-CBRND Headquarters (HQ). The JPEO-CBRND manages our nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment, and medical countermeasures. battlespace worldwide. This position requires a Secret clearance.
Clearance Level: Must have an Active Secret Clearance
Location: Edgewood, MD - On Site
Salary Range will be based on experience and technical interview.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Possess an understanding of the DoD as an organization.
- Possess knowledge of International Trafficking and Arms Control Regulations and Foreign Disclosure.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the organizational structures and corresponding relationship and interface necessary between Defense Agencies and the JPEO-CBRND.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process concentrating on International Acquisition
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree and/ or 10 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with International Agreements (IA) development and processing.
- Assist International Acquisition and Cooperative Development activities such Export Control, and Delegation of Disclosure Letters (DDLs).
- Assist the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) by conducting foreign disclosure reviews.
- Support the JPEO-CBRND International Office with the execution of Army-staffed export license reviews by coordinating input and entering data into the Army Export Control System.
- Assist with coordinating agreements processing actions with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation office (DASA-DEC), international programs.
- Maintain awareness of JPEO-CBRND issues in the area of international cooperation and interact with foreign embassies, attend international meetings, conferences, and symposia.
- Draft, review, staff, file, and update a variety of documents (e.g., memorandums, information papers, presentations, issue papers, meeting minutes, etc.) in support of the JPEO-CBRND FMS mission.
- Consolidate, review, and prepare significant activity reports for JPEO-CBRND FMS and related topics for internal and external distribution.
- Assist in preparation, coordination, and staffing of direct commercial sale positions, memorandums, executive summaries, and other documents for JPEO-CBRND approval.
- Conduct administrative functions required for efficient operations of the International Programs mission, to include supporting meetings, tracking documents, and preparation of a variety of documents.
- Maintain awareness of program execution and milestones, as well as their strategic impacts.
- Stimulate customer alliances for portfolio, program, and project support.
- Monitor and protect the acquisition of sensitive material.
- Travel to support the mission 25% of the time.
